Why do you want to become staff?: I would like to become staff because I really enjoy the server and would like to make a bigger impact/ help out more. I really enjoy staffing on servers and I hope along with myself I would be able to enhance everyone elses fun as well. I think having quality staff is really important to a server and its continued growth, while also being a fun thing for me to do and a good thing for the server in it's entirety. I have real like management skills and would like to apply everything I have learned in every part of my life,  this would be a great addition to my experience not only in game but could also help me in my real life. Also being a staff member fits my gameplay very well, I am a very calm guy, so being able to help out in a rough situation is very helpful and I really enjoy it. What will make you a better choice than others?: I have alot of experience, I have personally been high staff on places like TritonRP, NCBA (I was co-owner at one point), and Euphoria Networks where I reached Super Admin on all 3, I have also staffed on other servers where I reached moderator and admin on. My real life position also helps, I work during the nights, so I am off work during the better gameplay times, I also have management experience which has made recent staffing even easier and funner for me. Aside from those I also am the right personality for it. I am very calm and subjective, but also know when emotions can affect peoples views, I know how to handle sits and LUA due to years of experience and practice. I really enjoy GMOD and don't play much else, so time being able to play is a big factor. What is the definition of RDM, NLR, FearRP, and RDA : RDM: Random Death Match. When a player randomly kills another player without a RP reason (the attempt but failure to do this is called ARDM, and doing this on a Mass kill is called MRDM) NLR: New Life Rule. Once you die you are supposed to "forget" certain information about what happened in your past "life" which means you knowing a Jedi/Sith's position and then carrying that into a different life is not allowed FearRP. FearRP is when you roleplay as if your character is actually alive and would care about their life, like if you had 5 jedi around you with their sabers at your throat you probably wouldn't fight back RDA: Random Arrest. The act of Random Arrest is when you randomly arrest someone without a valid Roleplay reason.
